📖 SYNOPSIS

The anime centers on the PKN, an organization formed to maintain ocean peace, which is attacked during its foundation ceremony by the USR, a group aiming for world domination. The USR's submarine UX, operated by Admiral Red, proves formidable. However, the Japanese submarine 707, captained by the courageous Hayami, intervenes to save the PKN.

A year later, the newly developed submarine 707 II is launched, crewed by young trainees like Kenji, Goro, and Senta. The PKN forms a fleet, led by the Great Guardian, but the USR's attacks continue. The 707 arrives to aid the PKN, and Red is eager to resume his rivalry with the 707. The 707 is then trapped in a valley, and Red attempts to destroy it, forcing the 707 into a crater filled with pure water, where it is then targeted by torpedoes.
