The magical girl transformation sequences and the divine power hierarchy give it a strange structure that sits somewhere between genre parody and genuine mythology-building. It is a single episode, so do not expect deep character development. If you have watched something like Bible Black or Discipline: The Record of a Crusade, you already know the general territory. The Budapest setting and the goddess-versus-goddess conflict give it a slightly different flavor than most entries in the genre.
