Spirit of Wonder: China-san no Yuuutsu

"Spirit of Wonder: China-san no Yuuutsu" follows Miss China, a young Chinese woman who operates a restaurant in England. Above her establishment reside Dr. Breckenridge and his assistant, Jim, who are perpetually behind on rent. Their financial woes stem from their obsession with inventing, with their latest project being a device that enables travel to the moon. Despite their claims, no one believes in their invention. Driven to prove its validity, the pair sets out to demonstrate the moon-traveling capabilities of their creation. The anime explores themes of ingenuity, the challenges of pursuing unconventional passions, and the clash between practicality and imagination.
