After discovering he's a clone, an ordinary boy Genpei is unexpectedly thrust into a galaxy-spanning adventure to solve murders and challenge the sinister forces shaping their universe, where he must decide if he will remain just a clone or rise as a hero in a dystopian future.
OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS
From the creators of ID: Invaded, comes Special Kid Factory, an exciting new shonen sci-fi adventure that blends mystery, action and a search for identity. Produced by NAZ Studio (ID: Invaded, Garouden, Good Night World), directed by Atsushi Ikariya (known for Sabikui Bisco, director), with the series script penned by novelist Outarou Maijou (author of THE DRAGON DENTIST), and original character designs by Yuuki Kodama (ID: INVADED, character designer), the anime promises top-tier storytelling and visual artistry. The team is further strengthened by Ei Aoki (ID: INVADED, director) as development supervisor, Daisuke Mataga (Sabikui Bisco, co-director) as assistant director, and Norie Igawa (The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls U149, character designer) as the character designer.
