Same surname, same face, same job. Nakajima Kanoko is a high school teacher, and Bunta is completely derailed by the encounter. That setup — a man convinced fate handed him a second chance at something he probably shouldn't have wanted the first time — is where this 4-episode OVA from Suzuki Mirano plants its flag. Based on a doujin CG by Ibukichi, it leans into the psychological weight of obsession more than you might expect from the genre. Bunta's fixation isn't played as quirky or charming; it's intense, a little unsettling, and the show doesn't really soften the edges around that. The character designs lean realistic rather than stylized, which gives the whole thing a grounded, almost uncomfortable intimacy. If you've watched something like Shoujo-tachi no Sadism and wanted something with a stronger psychological undercurrent, this scratches a similar itch. Fans of Kansen: Inyoku no Rensa who appreciate adult OVAs that try to build a character's internal logic rather than just stringing scenes together will find something here worth their time.
