This was a pretty intense episode with Aono and Matsuri's high-stakes confrontation. I was reminded of Konan from Naruto with that shikigami prowess, though. The animation was wonderfully done and the tone was gripping. That ending scene was so melancholic and shocking at the same time. Never expected that twist.
