Shusaku

Working as a handyman at Shukusei Music Academy, a prestigious boarding school for daughters of wealthy families, Kato Shusaku has access to every corner of the building, knows everyone's routines, and — more dangerously — knows everyone's secrets. That's where things get dark fast. The story follows what happens when a man in a position of quiet, invisible authority decides to use that leverage in the worst possible way, starting with a student named Kaori. The academy looks respectable on the surface: good families, music education, the whole image. Underneath that, Shusaku is methodically dismantling any sense of safety the girls thought they had. The tone is tense and uncomfortable, which is clearly the point — this isn't trying to be fun or lighthearted. It's a 3-episode OVA from 1999, based on a visual novel, so it's compact and doesn't waste time establishing its atmosphere.
