Curious enough to actually show up and wait, he discovers there's a catch: you don't just buy a ticket. You have to bring the right person with you. This 3-episode OVA from T-Rex leans hard into that urban legend framing, using it as a wrapper for its adult content. The premise has a noir-ish mystery quality to it — the kind of setup where the rules are unclear and the atmosphere does a lot of the heavy lifting. It's based on a visual novel, and that origin shows in how the story is structured around Takumi's choices and the women he encounters along the way. If you've seen Saishuu Chikan Densha or similar titles in this space, Shin Saishuu Chikan Densha follows a comparable rhythm — adult content anchored by a thin but functional story hook that gives the scenes some connective tissue.
