Synopsis
The setup might suggest something ordinary — the Souma household looks ordinary enough, a mother, Mitsuko, and her three daughters, Kurumi, Souko, and Sayoko, living together in contemporary Japan while the father is perpetually away on business. What unfolds behind closed doors is something else entirely. This two-episode OVA, based on Mizuryuu Kei's manga and produced by Blue Bread, follows the women of the Souma family as their domestic routines blur into explicit, intimate encounters that explore desire and the complicated dynamics of living in close quarters. It's unapologetically adult content, so there's no ambiguity about what you're getting into here. The art carries Mizuryuu Kei's recognizable style if you're familiar with the source material, which gives it a distinct visual identity compared to more generic entries in the genre. If you've watched something like Majimaru Shikiyoku no Yoru ni and appreciated a consistent cast with some actual context behind the scenes rather than disconnected vignettes, this scratches a similar itch. Fans of Shuudengo, Capsule Hotel de Joushi ni Binetsu Tsutawaru Yoru might also find the domestic, grounded setting familiar in tone. At just two episodes it's a short commitment, and it delivers exactly what it promises without much pretense. Know what you're walking into, and it's a reasonably well-produced entry in the genre with a recognizable name behind the original work.
