📖 SYNOPSIS
During her summer break, the optimistic schoolgirl Tamai Shiina encounters a peculiar creature at her grandparents' home. She befriends the creature, naming it Hoshimaru. After the summer ends, Shiina returns to school, where she discovers other children also have befriended similar, strange creatures. However, the bonds between these creatures and their masters are not always as innocent or amicable as her own with Hoshimaru. This realization casts a shadow over her return to school, suggesting a darker side to the newfound relationships and the creatures themselves. The series explores the contrast between Shiina's initial joy and the potential for conflict and negativity within this new world.
