Sex Code of the Samurai

Sent on a mission to steal a sacred scroll from a samurai named Horimon Juurou, Shizune — a kunoichi, a female ninja from the Fuuma clan — fails. Her father and brother are not pleased. So she has to go back and try again, except Horimon is the kind of guy who has a way of... disarming people. At the same time, another woman named Kojuurouta is hunting Horimon down for killing her father and taking that same scroll, which means he's got multiple dangerous women closing in on him for very different reasons. The feudal Japan setting is genuinely well-executed — detailed backgrounds, traditional attire, the whole period aesthetic — and the character designs hold up. It's a single OVA adapted from a visual novel by Clam Chowder, so it's a contained story, not a sprawling commitment. If you've seen something like La Blue Girl and appreciated the historical ninja framing around the adult content, this hits a similar note but with cleaner animation and a slightly more grounded plot setup. Fans of Bible Black who like their hentai with at least a functional story underneath will probably find this more watchable than average. It's not reinventing anything, but for a one-episode watch with an actual narrative thread — duty, revenge, and competing agendas — it does more than most entries in the genre bother to attempt.
