📖 SYNOPSIS
"Savanna Game" centers on Kazuya Shibuya, who unexpectedly receives an anonymous email inviting him to participate in the Savanna Game. This is a deadly, state-sponsored role-playing game designed to combat the perceived apathy of modern Japanese youth. Alongside his friends, Kotegawa and Kudou, Kazuya finds himself embroiled in bizarre battles that defy logic and traverse the space-time continuum. The challenges they face are varied, including encounters with mythical creatures like dragons and historical figures such as the Shinsengumi, the special police force of the shogunate era. The anime explores themes of societal control, the nature of competition, and the lengths people will go to for survival in a high-stakes environment.
