📖 SYNOPSIS

The anime "RINKAKU" is a hand-drawn music video created by animator Keita Kurosaka for the Japanese rock band Dir en Grey. The band, after an extensive touring schedule and the release of their eighth album "DUM SPIRO SPERO," took a year and a half hiatus. They returned with the single "RINKAKU" on December 19th, 2012, marking their comeback. The music video, a collaboration between the band and Kurosaka, is a visual accompaniment to the single. It's noted to be less shocking and grotesque than their previous work together, specifically the music video for "Agitated Screams of Maggots." The anime serves as a visual representation of the band's musical expression.
