Seems like the animation couldn't keep up with the fights at the beginning and it ended up looking shoddy. Still, this was quite the dramatic episode seeing all the events unfold. The two so called organizations haven't really done much up until this point and their role is meaningless, as seen at the beginning. It feels like a joke. With only one episode remaining, it still has a chance to redeem itself.
