R*pe Has Been Legalized!!!

This one isn't something I'm going to promote. 'Rape Gouhouka!!!' is a 2-episode hentai ONA built entirely around the sexual assault of women and girls presented as entertainment. The 'dystopian legalization' framing isn't a thoughtful critique of authoritarianism — it's a thin narrative wrapper that exists to normalize and eroticize rape scenarios involving schoolgirls, mothers, and idols. There's no redemptive angle here, no character study worth recommending, and no version of 'if you liked X, try this' that I can put my name on in good conscience. Comparisons to Kite or Mezzo Forte would be doing those titles a disservice — those at least have action narratives and artistic ambition separate from their controversial content. This doesn't. If you're genuinely interested in dark, provocative anime that challenges society through a dystopian lens, there are titles that do that without centering sexual violence against women as the draw. Texhnolyze, Shinsekai Yori, or Paranoia Agent all go to genuinely uncomfortable places with purpose. This one I'm sitting out.
