Punch Line

Bro, I cannot believe the panty anime had me tearing up. This show is so stupid it loops back around to being genius. Twelve episodes wasn't quite enough, felt like it still had loose threads that needed more time to tie up. The ending is satisfying enough, though knowing an alternate timeline exists makes it feel more complete somehow. Props to everyone who saw Punch Line through. What a crazy ride this was!

More glorious engrish. Still wondering what Chiranosuke's deal actually is. The animation with the mech scene was very impressive, and everyone was absolutely badass. Last couple minutes were some of the most hype moments in the whole show ever, just wow... and then that cliffhanger. Oh my god. AWESOME EPISODE!

Yuuta said it's my turn now. Every emotional moment is well acted, the voice acting, the pacing, all of it. The final scenes hit so hard that you can feel exactly what the characters are feeling. This episode ran through every emotion and pulled all of it off. What a crazy ride it has been. There is a post credit scene.

Fanservice aside, this show is getting serious now. Things keep building and building, no brakes on this ride! Wondering if Ishigata has anything to do with cinnamon boosting his spirit powers. The revelations hit hard and fast. Intense episode.

This episode flew by way too fast. More answers keep coming but our protagonist hasn't made much progress on actually changing history. The story is taking its sweet time getting there. Plenty of "plot" this episode though, if you know what I mean ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

"U-turn" sounds like Yuuta, another pun of course. So much going on and all of it is exciting. Momentum keeps building. The scattered setup is paying off and the plot is finally locking in. A lot gets explained in this episode, it's satisfying. Turns out this wacky show was going somewhere all along!

Did not see that coming. MIND BLOWN. The fight scene was both funny and epic. I love how Meika started playing instruments during the flashbacks, that was a great touch. We have a new contender for best girl it seems. And to everyone who dropped this show before this episode because it was too incomprehensible, you missed out. This is where it gets real!

Pretty heavy episode. The intro subverts the previous cliffhanger in a good way. The twist about who made the list was surprising, feel bad for the neet girl though. The misfire scene had me dying from laughter. Our superhero is back! Dude just went full super saiyan. This show is all over the place and I don't mind it.

Gotta love how this show drops lore and actual plot in between all the randomness. Leave it to the NSA to ruin everything - our data, our waifus, and our wholesome friendships, all in this episode. Things are about to escalate fast. Also don't skip the after credits scene, it gets dark quick.

That engrish monologue intro was something else. This show is still nonsensical but I find the randomness fun. Just realized that Meika is pronounced like "maker" and "mecha" so more intentional puns, it has to be. The pet is clearly more plot-relevant than it seems. And that hero reveal - not hard to guess who that could be but still.

Not as unhinged as episode one but still plenty crazy. The dance was silly and the character interactions are fun. Those flashbacks gave a better read on the main character's personality. There is not much plot development this episode. Though that ominous list at the end has me very curious. Feels like things will all click much later.

We are off to a crazy start! The colorful art, character designs, and dubstep soundtrack are all fantastic. Lots of intriguing setups and foreshadowing laid in already. The cat's exposition dump is clunky but forgivable given how bizarre the setup is, so it needed a little hand-holding. Will be interesting to see where it goes. Also the title is literally a panty peek pun and that tells you exactly what you signed up for.

Final agridulce que no toma el camino fácil. Hay acción, hay sacrificio y un cierre que respeta todo lo que el anime construyó. Lo que empezó como un ecchi absurdo termina siendo algo que genuinamente pega. De los finales del anime mejor elaborados.

Todo lo que el anime construyó durante 10 episodios llega a este punto. El caos más glorioso de la temporada. Ver al grupo unido por fin es exactamente lo que necesitabas. Estos últimos episodios son perfectos.

El punto más oscuro del anime. Yuta toca fondo y el episodio no te deja pensar. Sin humor, sin fanservice, pura desesperación bien ejecutada. El mejor episodio hasta el momento según mi punto de vista.

El anime se pone serio de verdad ahora si. Revelaciones que recontextualizan todo y una confrontación que no esperabas. De los mejores episodios de la temporada sin duda.

Sucede algo que es lo más divertido del anime hasta ahora. Acción, humor y respuestas que esperabas desde el principio. Ritmo perfecto.

Volver al principio pero sabiéndolo todo. Ver los mismos eventos del ep. 1 desde otra perspectiva es ingenioso y cambia cómo ves cada escena. El anime demuestra que tenía un plan desde el inicio.

El anime cambia de marcha de golpe. Lo que parecía un ecchi de comedia empieza a revelar que siempre tuvo algo mucho más ambicioso en mente. El final del episodio te deja con la boca abierta.

El más serio del anime hasta ahora pero eso no le quita que ha sido de los mejores. Sin chistes, sin fanservice, puro drama. Ito se roba el episodio con su historia y pega de una manera que no esperabas de este anime.
