📖 SYNOPSIS
"Protocol: Rain" follows Shun Tokinoya, a second-year high school student juggling studies and a part-time job at the esports café "FOX ONE." Shun's life was upended by his father's death and his sister's injury, leading him to abandon his love for gaming. Now, he spends his time with his childhood gaming friends. However, the café faces a massive debt, and to save it, Shun and his friends decide to enter the "Xaxerion Championship" for the prize money. This decision forces Shun to confront his past and his feelings of guilt. Returning to the world of online games, he finds himself face-to-face with Bakuretsu-kun, a former gaming partner. The series explores themes of loss, responsibility, friendship, and the rekindling of passion.
