Synopsis
Dr. Yung invites Ash, Misty, and Professor Oak to his Mirage Mansion to witness his groundbreaking Mirage system. This system utilizes computer data to bring extinct Pokémon, such as Kabutops and Armaldo, back to life. During a demonstration battle, the machine malfunctions, and a Mirage Aerodactyl abducts Dr. Yung. A mysterious figure, identifying himself as "The Mirage Master," then appears, revealing his plan to use the Mirage System to create Pokémon devoid of weaknesses. Ash, Misty, and Professor Oak must now work together to stop the Mirage Master and escape the mansion, facing the potential threat of these powerful, artificially created Pokémon. The story explores themes of scientific ambition and the dangers of unchecked power.
