📖 SYNOPSIS

"Outbreak Company" follows Kanou Shinichi, a die-hard otaku with encyclopedic knowledge of "moe" culture. Suddenly transported to a fantasy world, he's assigned the unique mission of fostering cultural exchange through the spread of manga, anime, and games. He encounters a diverse cast, including a fujoshi guard, a half-elf maid, and a young empress. Shinichi's initial comedic approach to his mission evolves as he confronts complex social issues like ethnic discrimination and political tensions. He must navigate sabotage from both within the fantasy world and from his own homeland, all while striving to introduce and integrate "moe" culture, and hopefully, improve the lives of the people in this new world. The series explores themes of cultural understanding, societal impact, and the power of shared interests.
