Synopsis
Working as assistant to Aya Nishio, a popular TV presenter at Maru TV, puts Kyutarō Minoda in one of the more frustrating positions in television — she treats him like a human prop and drags him into on-air humiliations on the regular. After enough of that, he decides to get a little creative with his revenge: spiking her coffee in a way she'd never expect. Here's where it gets weird — she loves it. Her energy spikes, her performance improves, and she becomes completely dependent on her morning cup without knowing why. What follows is the kind of awkward, increasingly complicated dynamic you'd expect when one person holds a secret that bizarre over another. It's based on an adult visual novel by Marine, and T-Rex's adaptation keeps that game's mix of comedy and eroticism intact — the setup is genuinely funny before it goes anywhere else. If you've watched something like Kanojo x Kanojo x Kanojo and appreciated adult OVAs that don't completely abandon a sense of humor, this sits in similar territory. Fans of Kansen: Inyoku no Rensa will also find the premise familiar in terms of tone and pacing. It's a single episode, so the commitment is low. The animation holds up for what T-Rex typically delivers in this genre, and the premise is absurd enough to be memorable. Go in knowing what it is and you'll probably get exactly what you came for.
