📖 SYNOPSIS
As the Straw Hat Pirates continue their adventurous voyage across the Grand Line, a playful rivalry sparks between Chopper and Usopp. Usopp teases Chopper about his perceived lack of bravery, mocking him for not being able to face the dangers of piracy like the others. Their journey soon takes an unexpected turn when they spot an island in the distance—Crown Island. According to Nami’s map, the island is said to harbor a legendary treasure in the form of a crown. However, things quickly go awry when a series of geysers erupt beneath the Going Merry, launching the ship and sending the crew flying through the air. The Straw Hat Pirates are separated in the chaos, with Luffy and the others landing on one side of the island. Meanwhile, Chopper finds himself lost and falling off the ship. As he lands, he stumbles upon a strange scene: a jungle boy named Momambi and a group of animals, who immediately mistake Chopper for their long-lost king. Momambi, a young jungle boy, excitedly welcomes Chopper, explaining that the island has a long-standing tradition where a new king appears from the heavens to take the place of the old ruler when they pass away. Chopper, overwhelmed by the attention, insists that he is not a king but a pirate—a member of the Straw Hat crew, to be exact. However, Momambi refuses to hear it, adamantly stating that Chopper would be much happier as the ruler of the island. While Chopper struggles to convince the animals of his true identity, things grow even more complicated when a trio of human “horn hunters” arrive on the island. Led by Count Butler, a violin-playing villain who consumes horns to gain power, these intruders have their sights set on the island’s treasure. Count Butler’s obsession with obtaining the horn of the island’s creatures puts Chopper and the rest of the animals in danger. On the other side of the island, Luffy and the crew discover that the island is home to many bizarre talking animals, some of whom have made a pact to protect the treasure from any outsiders. With the situation growing dire, Luffy and the crew must find a way to stop Count Butler and his hunters from destroying the peaceful island. But the challenge doesn’t end there—can they also convince Momambi and the island’s inhabitants that not all pirates are evil, and that Chopper is not their king after all?
