On The White Planet

📖 SYNOPSIS

Set in a time and place devoid of color, where all inhabitants possess pale white skin, "On The White Planet" follows a boy born with a starkly different, yellowish complexion. This difference leads to immediate ostracism, forcing him and his mother to live in seclusion within the woods. The boy is treated as a monster by the rest of the world. As he approaches his sixteenth birthday, his mother, burdened by their isolation and the boy's perceived abnormality, succumbs to despair and takes her own life. The boy, consumed by guilt and grief, blames himself for her death. Driven by a desire to belong and escape his perceived curse, he dreams of transforming into a pale-skinned individual, hoping to find acceptance in the colorless world that has rejected him.
