Noman

📖 SYNOPSIS

Noman is a 12-minute anime pilot film that begins in 1968 with the appearance of a Phantom Moon. Taku, a young boy, is thrust into an extraordinary adventure when he and his family encounter individuals with supernatural abilities, Louis and David, who teach him telekinesis. Their lives take an unexpected turn when they are abducted and sent 500 million years into the past, landing on the moon. There, Taku meets Price Noman and becomes part of the Noman Rangers, a group fighting in an intergalactic conflict between humans and alien races. The pilot, partially in color, was never fully serialized, possibly due to the financial struggles of Mushi Production, as indicated by the cancellation of a similar project, Zero Man.
