📖 SYNOPSIS
"Nitaboh" tells the story of Nitaroh, a young boy whose life is irrevocably altered by an illness that robs him of his sight. He finds solace and purpose in the shamisen, inheriting the instrument once played by his mother. A blind, traveling shamisen player takes Nitaroh under his wing, teaching him the fundamentals of the instrument. As Nitaroh hones his skills, he forms bonds with both new and old friends. Through his journey, he navigates the challenges of his disability and the pursuit of his passion. His path is set towards a significant destiny: to become the founder of the unique and celebrated Tsugaru style of shamisen playing.
