If they had started the story this way, it would’ve been so much easier to understand what was going on between them, instead of beating around the bush so much. This episode makes everything clear about how their past relationship led to their current dynamic.

Instead of wasting time on Higashira in the previous episodes, they should’ve focused on explaining the main plot better.

Honestly, I liked the episode; it’s definitely worth watching.
