This anime introduces its characters quite well, giving you enough time to get familiar with them. Initially, they simply pass by before gradually giving you a deeper understanding of who they are. This episode had its funny moments, and some of the gags definitely landed for me. I also like how it gave us a deeper understanding of how the relationship between the two of the main characters, Mikoto and Mai, is shaping up.
