It's all about breaking Sasha, not just beating her. The fight feels long, but you realize Light is dragging it on to crush her mentally. Gungnir goes crazy, even hurting him, but he doesn’t care. It’s less hype, more dark. You can feel him changing here, a change in atmosphere.
