"My Favorite Fairy Tales" is an anime series featuring adaptations of various Grimm's fairy tales. The original Japanese release served as an educational tool for learning English. Each episode focuses on a different story, including "The Ugly Duckling," "Three Little Pigs," "Snow White," "Red Riding Hood," "Puss in Boots," "The Little Mermaid," "Little Black Sambo," "The Wolf and the Seven Little Kids," "Cinderella," and "Alibaba and Forty Thieves." Saban Entertainment later released a VHS set of the OVA series, which included an English redubbing and added four shorts from Toei's World Famous Fairy Tale Series. The series offers a collection of well-known stories, presented in an animated format.
