Juushimatsu: The goofy, perpetually smiling fifth brother, always cheerful but a bit naive.

Osomatsu Matsuno: The oldest sextuplet, leader, and strongest fighter, often lazy but surprisingly capable.

Choromatsu, the responsible sextuplet, often plays the straight man but falls for cute girls and idols.

Todomatsu Matsuno

The youngest Matsuno, Todomatsu, is a two-faced, girly, yet cruel brother, often acting as the straight man and ending his lines with "todo no tsumari".
