📖 SYNOPSIS

"Motto Shitte Fukushima!" is a series of tourism promotional videos designed to showcase the Fukushima Prefecture. Each episode features the Akabeko, a legendary red cow from the Aizu region and the official mascot of the prefecture. The Akabeko delivers a six-second fact about Fukushima, presented in a pun-filled, rhyming poem style. The videos are released in batches annually on the official YouTube channel of Fukushima Prefecture. In 2019, 25 episodes were released, followed by 59 episodes in 2020, providing a continuous stream of bite-sized information about the region. The series aims to educate viewers about Fukushima's attractions and culture in a fun and engaging format.
