Monster Musume: Everyday Life with Monster Girls

An ordinary guy living alone in Japan, Kimihito Kurusu has his quiet life upended when a government mix-up drops a lamia, half-woman, half-snake, into his house as a homestay guest. Her name is Miia, she's clingy, and she immediately declares him her "Darling." Then a harpy shows up. Then a centaur. Then things keep escalating because the bureaucrat assigned to manage all this, Agent Smith, is hilariously useless and keeps dumping more monster girls on his doorstep. The premise is exactly what it sounds like: a harem comedy where the girls are mythological creatures living under Japan's "Cultural Exchange Between Species Act."
