📖 SYNOPSIS
On February 29, 2000, Möbius meteorites crashed to Earth, introducing Möbius Dust, a substance capable of causing miracles. This event, known as 2.29, drastically increased economic inequality in Japan. A faction of citizens, angered by the growing disparity, resorts to terrorism. In response, the police establish a specialized unit to counter these threats. This unit is comprised of members trained at a dedicated school. The anime explores the conflict between the police and the terrorists, examining themes of wealth inequality, social unrest, and the impact of the miraculous Möbius Dust on society. The setting is a Japan grappling with the consequences of a transformative event.
