Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam: A New Translation III - Love Is the Pulse of the Stars

The animation is amazing knowing the year it was made, it has that nostalgic feeling. This type of animation is the fruit of labor of the animators. The story is really creative tbh, the dynamic of emotions is the different types of characters is really brilliant. The action scenes are intense, I love how it shows the effects of this endless war not just physically but the mental toll that it gives to the actual people who are fighting in war.

El cierre de la trilogía y el mejor de los tres. Casi una hora y media de batalla sin parar en Gryps 2 con nueva animación que se ve espectacular. El cambio en el final de Kamille es divisivo pero funciona mejor que el original. Si ya viste las dos anteriores, este es el que justifica toda la trilogía.

Beyond the chaotic battles typical of the anime and its fairly fluid animation —which was reasonably good for the time (though I found the scenes a bit rushed at times)—, the ending leaves a lovely and moving message of friendship and peace, which I really liked.

The updated animation seamlessly blends classic 80s artwork with sharp, modern digital cuts during the chaotic space battles. What truly elevates this finale, however, is its altered, far more uplifting ending compared to the original series. It gives Kamille and Char Aznable a distinct narrative resolution, making it an essential, emotional watch for Universal Century Gundam fans.

This anime is good but it can be better! The movie ends on a hopeful note, emphasizing that love, friendship, and understanding can overcome hatred.
