During the first season we got "Quiet Zero" this "Permet score" that so it is nice that the episode goes a bit in-depth regarding these concepts, specially the Quiet Zeto which I'm sure will be important later. Really intense action focused episode that also serves as a reminder (if you somehow forgot), that gundam is about sociopolitics too
