That was beautiful episode, the best in the series thus far. It was quite heartwarming yet it dealt with some serious subjects that you wouldn't expect coming from this anime. The theme was letting go, and never have I seen another show handle this topic as tastefully as this one. Production also seemed to have suddenly spiked in quality this time around, with the animation having more finesse than it usually does. Yeah, that was worth the anticipation, we knew this anime had it in it, hopefully it keeps that momentum until the finale. On the meantime, enjoy the peak moments of this show and rest assure that you'll have a wonderful time.
