Hyuga Corp., a leader in artificial muscle fiber technology, secretly develops powered suits to enhance human abilities, aiming for industry domination. Dan Amo, a seemingly ordinary salaryman who finds solace in motorcycling, becomes involved. Freelance journalist Makina Mikage investigates the company's activities, often pursuing mysterious riders in black suits. Kotaro Hyuga, the heir to the Hyuga Corp. presidency, also enters the scene. As the city prepares for the Games, the fates of these three individuals intertwine, hinting at a larger conflict surrounding the company's ambitions and the future of human augmentation.
