📖 SYNOPSIS
Set in Yongning Village at the foot of Chicheng Mountain, "Master Ji Gong" follows the misadventures of Li Xiuyuan, a young man with heroic aspirations. His attempts to aid his ailing mother and prove himself to the villagers consistently fail, leading to comical results. However, a near-fatal experience reveals a shocking truth: Xiuyuan is the reincarnation of the Dragon Slaying Luohan, a renowned hero. Furthermore, he learns his father once stole a sacred golden artefact for the villainous Jin Ling to protect him. As Xiuyuan's latent powers begin to surface, he understands his true calling: to become a genuine hero and right the wrongs of the past. The series explores themes of destiny, heroism, and the burden of legacy.
