Synopsis
Inherited from her famous mother, model-tier looks are just one part of Maki Sanjou's full package; she also comes with old money and a reputation as the untouchable princess everyone admires from a distance. She's polished, proper, and completely put-together in public. In private, she's nursing a very specific fantasy: getting caught doing something she absolutely should not be doing in places she absolutely should not be doing it. The gap between her image and her inner life is the whole engine of this show. Her neighbor happens to be Seiichi, a writer who works in the erotic fiction space, which means when their worlds inevitably collide, the setup lands exactly where you'd expect it to. What makes this 4-episode OVA worth a look beyond the obvious is that it actually leans into the psychology of the thing: the tension between Maki's curated public persona and what she's quietly obsessing over feels intentional, not just decorative. The animation from Collaboration Works holds up, and the pacing gives the character dynamics room to breathe rather than rushing past them. If you've watched something like Bible Black and appreciated when adult anime takes its premise seriously, or if Shoujo Sect's character-focused approach worked for you, this sits in similar territory. It's not reinventing anything, but it's doing what it sets out to do with more attention to character than you might expect from the genre.

The animation on Maki is surprisingly good, especially when she transitions from that elegant princess look to showing her true self on the balcony
That wall falling over was such a funny coincidence and it led to something pretty great for Seiichi since he got a girlfriend out of it
I think the character design for Maki is really good and her admitting she wanted to get caught on the balcony made the scene way better
Maki is so different from what people think she is and that balcony wall breaking was the perfect way to start this whole thing
I found it pretty interesting how Maki basically forced her own fantasies onto Seiichi right after the wall broke down. Most girls would be mortified if their neighbor saw them doing that, but she was just waiting for a chance to act out her specific blackmail scenario. It made her moans feel a lot more earned when they finally got together.
Maki inviting him to do whatever he wants after he catches her masturbating is definitely a fantasy come true for a guy like Seiichi
That summer night atmosphere with the moans on the veranda felt really specific and helped set the mood before the accident happened
It is funny how the balcony wall falling down actually solves their distance, especially since Maki was already out there hoping for something to happen

The contrast between her rich girl persona and how she acted on that veranda was so interesting and seeing her actually admit she wanted him to hear her was the best part, because it made the whole scene feel way more intense, and Maki is definitely a favorite since she took control of the situation and started the relationship herself
The balcony wall crumbling and exposing her was such a wild moment and Maki looked so ready for him to take charge
Maki just dropped the act the second that wall fell down and I felt her excitement when she realized Seiichi was finally watching her
Most shows would have the guy be a creep but Maki actually being the one to suggest the whole coercion roleplay made their dynamic feel way more mutual and fun
