This was a breakthrough filler episode highlighting Shimizu. She's at her crossroads between romance and passion and the tone was definitely doubtful and blinded by priorities. This ep was totally a side plot of the main story going back to Japan. The reality was hitting hard on Shimizu and the mood was melancholic, along with the gloomy visuals.
