📖 SYNOPSIS
"Mahoutsukai Haley no Speed Story" follows Haley, a student at a wizarding school, and his passion for broomstick racing. His teacher introduces magic goggles capable of measuring the speed of moving objects. Haley and his friends use the goggles in a competition to find the fastest animal. After losing to Haley, Peter challenges him to another race. They journey to the human world, using an advanced, though incomplete, magic broomstick developed by their teacher.
