Synopsis

In the shadows, Mikogami Kaoru operates with a perfect kill record, working alongside a cyborg partner named Alice who's more human than she probably should be. I wasn't expecting this to be so dark with the Nine Heavens drug stuff, but the way Alice helps Kaoru is pretty interesting for an old OVA.
