The story centers on Qi Ling, a busboy from the water origin, the Aslan Empire, who unexpectedly tames the Ice Fang soul beast. Yin Chen, a powerful soul master, takes Qi Ling as his disciple on orders from the Silver Priest. Qi Ling's journey begins as he seeks his soul weapon in the Grave of the Souls, accompanied by Tianshu You Hua and Guishan Lian Quan. This act draws him into a conflict between the lords. Simultaneously, a conspiracy within the Aslan Empire unfolds. Yin Chen searches for his former master, Gilgamesh, while the killing lords, You Ming and Thalia, are tasked with eliminating Guishan Lian Quan and her brother.
