For a 2010 anime, the animation isn't bad at all. It's a good introduction to Selnia Iori, an upper-ed student, Hino Akiharu, who looks like a delinquent as a transfer student to Hakureiryou Academy, and Saikyou Tomomi as Hino's childhood friend. It feels like Hino just can't catch a break, with weird and unlucky things happening to him wherever he goes. XD
