Lost in unfamiliar surroundings, Koro experiences the world for the first time, encountering new sights and sounds. He faces perilous situations, including a near-miss with a car and a threatening encounter with an alley cat. Meanwhile, Sawako returns home to discover Koro's absence and immediately begins a frantic search for her beloved pet.
