KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! 4
Oshimeter
Synopsis
After dying in the most embarrassing way possible, Kazuma Satou got reincarnated into a fantasy world and chose to bring a goddess with him out of spite. Three seasons later, she's still useless. KonoSuba 4 picks up with Kazuma and his legendarily dysfunctional party — the explosion-obsessed Megumin, the masochistic crusader Darkness, and Aqua, who is technically a deity but contributes about as much as a wet towel — back in the town of Axel after their chaotic stint in Arcanletia. Spring is rolling in, quests are available, and Kazuma wants absolutely nothing to do with any of it. Megumin and Darkness try dragging him off the couch. It goes about as well as you'd expect. This TV series continues doing what KonoSuba has always done best: taking every isekai cliché and running it through a comedy blender. The hero doesn't want to be heroic, the party members are walking liabilities, and somehow they stumble through everything anyway. The humor comes from how specifically these characters fail at things that protagonists in shows like Re:Zero or The Rising of the Shield Hero handle with actual competence. If you liked No Game No Life's irreverent energy but want something even less interested in being serious, this is your show. It's comfort food for anyone tired of isekai taking itself too seriously.
