This is a heartwarming ep, it's sad but true. I love the story, how it was crafted. The scenery is amazing, and I love the flashback story of Yuzu. The hospitality and ethics of the hotel is top. I love how even a ghost dying wish were came true, the ghost event have a peaceful end, its great.
