Synopsis
Nothing seems to go right for Kenta Suzumura, unemployed, unlucky in love, and living in his brother's shadow. His brother Kouta has it all, good looks, a career, and a gorgeous Russian wife named Arisa who's just moved to Japan. When Kouta heads out on a business trip, Kenta decides to step up as the unofficial cultural guide for his sister-in-law, teaching her about Japanese customs and daily life. The 'education' goes places a textbook never would. This 4-episode OVA from Collaboration Works leans hard into the fantasy of cross-cultural tension and forbidden proximity. Arisa's character design is deliberately distinctive, blonde, fair-skinned, clearly positioned as someone from another world trying to find her footing in a rural Japanese household. The setup creates an obvious slow-burn before things escalate, and the show doesn't rush it in the early episodes.
