📖 SYNOPSIS

The anime follows the conflict between the wicked billionaire Shinatora, who builds ugly structures, and the explosives expert Benten, who targets Shinatora's empire. Benten's attacks on the billionaire's buildings are devastating sections of downtown Tokyo. The local police force is assisted by the FBI, who send bomb disposal expert Lisa Hoshino and her robot assistant, Dandy, on a lecture tour. Ryotsu, a member of the local police, is reluctantly assigned to protect the people of the Kameari district alongside Lisa. The reason for Benten's specific targets remains a mystery, as does his next move. An email warning arrives at the Katsushika Police Station, revealing Benten's next target: Shinatora World, a newly built amusement park. Lisa and Ryotsu rush to the scene, where they discover a massive Soviet-era rocket armed with a bomb capable of obliterating Katsushika.
