I really need this series to address the Raiju situation because it's getting ridiculous. He causes serious harm, puts people in danger and somehow faces almost no consequences. Different cultural standards are fine but the story needs to explain why everyone tolerates someone this dangerous instead of brushing it off as an “unsavory pastime.”
