This is a case of don't make an anime if you don't have the budget for it. Its disrespectful to the original work. All I can hope is people people who are drawn to the story to read the manga instead.

I think the character designs are nice, but there's definitely issues with anatomy in the anime. the pacing is also very awful. So much dragging on a lot of frame. The way they did the art style is something you see out of 2000.
